Hi, I’m Carla. I’m a freelance photographer based in Cologne. My work focuses on portraits, reportage, and fashion. My goal is to create images that offer a personal and honest insight into the people I photograph. Whether capturing people, their work, or clothing – it’s always about telling a story and evoking emotion.
Working closely with the people in front of my camera is essential to me, allowing me to understand their world and reflect it through my lens. My visual language is natural, nostalgic, and sensitive. I work internationally and draw inspiration from different cultures and perspectives.
